Deepak is a seasoned Agri-trade professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in the Pulses and Oilseeds sectors. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Agricultural Sciences and Business Management.
Deepak began his career with a trading company in India shortly after completing his university education. With about two years of experience under his belt, he relocated to Dubai and worked with multiple companies and held various positions, spanning from Pulses to Grains trading. He played a pivotal role in developing Black Sea origination and trading for pulses, grains, and oilseeds.
In 2018, Deepak moved to Canada, accepting a position at a leading trading company of Agricultural Commodities. In 2020, with adequate exposure under his belt, he felt the need to become self-employed and found KSD International Inc.
Deepak is actively involved in Trading and consulting. He regularly attends prestigious global conferences such as GPC, CSCA, Gulf Food, SIAL and Anuga, often serves as a panelist for discussions on various Pulses like Chickpeas, Lentils, and Peas. Now a Canadian citizen, Deepak also on the board of some associations.
